EDT offers extensive software technical support to provide customers with optimal solutions. Our services include FME analysis, cavity filling simulation, and statistical analysis using Minitab software. We have also developed an integrated CAD/RP/FEA system utilizing computer-aided engineering (CAE) to reduce lead time and enhance the die-casting manufacturing technology parameters for zinc castings. This system integrates conceptual design, virtual prototyping, rapid prototyping, P-Q2 technique, finite element analysis, and numerical control to optimize the die-casting process. We also utilize thermal fluid flow and heat transfer modeling to simulate die-casting manufacturing technology, predict defects, and improve yield. Our improved die-casting manufacturing process is supported by cutting-edge technology and software.
